Assembly and range

The bike arrives approximately 90% assembled, with an instruction manual and installation tools. Complete assembly and safety checks before riding. Actual range varies with rider weight, terrain, speed, weather and assistance level; listed distances are estimates, not guarantees.

Limited warranty

The supplier’s component-specific warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, subject to its terms:

• 12 months: Frame and hub motor.
• 6 months: Battery, LCD display, controller, front fork/suspension, charger, brake lever/sensor cable, front and rear lights, crankset and bottom bracket.
• 3 months: Pedals, kickstand, seat post, throttle/PAS sensor and accessories such as rear rack and mudguards.

Consumable parts, including brake pads, inner tubes, tires, grips, chains and reflectors, are excluded unless damaged during transportation. Coverage excludes accidents, misuse, abuse, improper storage, unauthorized modifications or disassembly, incompatible parts, water or weather damage, commercial use/rental/competition without prior written approval, normal wear, rust, cosmetic damage, assembly errors, loss and theft.
